Job Description
1. Mission of the Country Manager
The Country Manager will be mainly responsible for:
• Oversee and manage all activities of the company in the country.
• Supervise and control activities of the GSA or PSA, of the distribution network and the station.
• Represent ASKY to the authorities of the country
• Perform all administrative formalities related to the operation.
• Oversee field sales consultants and on-site business advisors under the umbrella of his representation or station.
• Supervise and control the activities of the bookkeepers/cashiers, station supervisors, their staff and various external service providers.
• Prepare the commercial action plan of the delegation and develop management trend charts and performance measurement of service/the delegation and his staff.
• Prepares regular reports of activities in his station
2. Position hierarchy
The country manager reports hierarchically and functionally to the Sales and Customer Services Manager
3. Qualifications
• Be at least 32 to 45 years old
• Hold:
- A-Level + 2 years (in Commercial or sales engineering, sales force, finance, or air transport) + 7-year professional experience or
- A-Level + 4 years (in business, marketing and sales engineering) + 5-years professional experience.
• Good listening and persuasive skills
• Smart appearance (physical and clothing)
• Be thorough and organized
• Bilingual English / French (intermediate level in English)
• Have a driving category B license
Knowledge of the airline industry would be an asset
